OK Pop!  I found it! Now how do I rescue it?

We were looking at and taking pictures of the Wreck of the Ethie. Piqa had gone on up the shore a little.  Carol noticed her looking at something and saw that it was a seal when the seal moved. The poor little thing was frightened by the strange creature looking at her and barking at her. So was the seal!
